TAI CHI

Tuesday, May 2 |  12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

CARDIO HIP HOP

Saturdays,  May 6 and 20  | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

This high-energy dance workout will make you sweat while you learn the latest moves. Cardio hip hop is a high energy class focusing on old and new hip hop movements, put together to current pop music. The dance moves will be modified if needed and include some strength movements. All levels welcome.

No cost for members; $10 for non-members.

Sunday, May 7  |  3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

This gentle yoga class includes activities that increase your flexibility, strengthen your muscles, center your thoughts, and relax your body.

The program is designed to help and manage chronic pain, develop attainable exercise habits and increase overall quality of life. (Must be enrolled in the program to participate in the class.)

STRETCHING & FOAM ROLLER

Tuesday, May 9  |  12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Foam roller exercises, also known as self-myofascial release (SMR), are a great technique to massage and stretch your muscles. SMR increases your muscle’s flexibility and motion allowing increased development and strength.
