SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING DEMOS

Semi-Private Training is a unique small-group training style that leverages the EXOS Training System to target a combination of power, strength, cardio, and flexibility with an emphasis on improving movement patterns to increase overall quality of life.
TREAD AND SHRED DEMOS
Saturdays in July (1, 8, 15, 22, 29) | 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Tread and Shred is a cardio-focused workout designed around EXOS Energy System development. Utilizing target zone training, the goal is to get a maximum amount of workout done in only 30 minutes. The workout can be done on a treadmill, elliptical, or bike.

Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that is now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

BEGINNER PILATES REFORMER

The Beginner Pilates Reformer class is designed for those new to Pilates and/or beginners, teaching you exercises on the Pilates Reformer equipment, step-by-step. Pilates is a full-body workout that will improve your strength, flexibility and change the way your body looks, feels and performs.
$60 members / $70 non-members for 4 sessions
