Small Group Training

Mondays and Wednesdays | 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays | 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Sundays | 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Aqua Yoga & Pilates is designed to condition the entire body, focus on breathing and body awareness. The exercises created help achieve maximum movement and assist in maintaining correct body alignment.

Gentle Pilates Reformer

Fridays | 11:00 – 11:50 a.m.

Learn the essentials of Pilates Reformer in a moderately paced, restorative environment. Participants will learn how to safely perform Reformer exercises while strengthening muscles and improving posture and core strength. Class size is limited to the first 5 participants.

Pilates Reformer: Jump & Crunch

Tuesdays and Thursdays | 3:45 – 4:15 p.m.

Jump & Crunch combines cardio and toning with this integrated Reformer workout using jump boards. Work your abdominals while getting in some all-over toning.

Women on Weights (W.O.W.)

Mondays & Wednesdays | 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 9:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.

Learn the basics of resistance training using different styles including machines, free weights, body weight and bands. Class size is limited. Sign up at the Customer Service Desk.

Adult Learn-to-Swim: Advanced

Tuesdays and Thursdays  | 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.

This class focuses on advanced skill development through stroke refinement, endurance, and strengthening training drills. Every week, 1 of 4 strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly) will be highlighted.

This is an 8-week swimming program for the adult who wants to develop greater confidence in the water.

Drop the Numbers is a program designed to reduce individual health risk factors such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, and body fat percentage. Drop the Numbers will teach participants to understand, evaluate, and change their daily exercise routines to manage each these measurable health factors and see improvement over time.

Use the Pilates Reformer to lift and strengthen pelvic floor muscles, help improve and control bladder function, for post-childbirth recovery, and recovery from prostate surgery. Improve your confidence and quality of life with these gentle exercises.

Join this swimming for exercise program, and participate in as many classes as you like for the duration of the program (pre-registration required). SwimFit is appropriate for any swimmer who can safely swim 100 yards in the pool without stopping, regardless of stroke.

Intro to Yoga will provide foundational poses and terminology that are found in a typical Yoga class. Modifications for poor knees, hip, wrists, and backs will be provided.

Mash-Up Conditioning

Tuesdays and Thursdays | 4:00 – 4:50 p.m.

Mash-Up Conditioning fuses conditioning exercises and mind-body awareness moves for the ultimate total-body experience. Mix up your workout with this special class that combines 3 workouts into 1. Difficulty Level: Varies, as three modification levels are demonstrated. Most are intended to be vigorous within your own fitness level.
