Duo training is perfect for those who want to workout alongside a partner. Receive a custom-tailored program designed to meet your unique goals, while learning how to reach them from a certified and degreed personal trainer.

Semi-Private Group Training is the perfect fit for those looking to advance their skill sets, establish a consistent training routine, and enjoy training in a motivated small group setting of 3-5 participants. Utilizing patented EXOS Methodology, our certified trainers empower you to achieve your individual goals while working alongside friends in a structured, yet fun environment.

The Mercy Fitness Center Assessment Protocol provides members with an individualized fitness plan based on the member’s current fitness level and health goals.
