Individual Wellness Pathway

Getting started on any new journey can be challenging. Having a coach to help guide you in the right direction based on your personal goals not only increases your chances of success, but reduces the chance of getting stuck along the way.

What is the Individual Wellness Pathway?

The Individual Wellness Pathway is a complimentary orientation and planning package for members. With a personal  assessment, goal planning, fitness center orientation and a personal training session, you’ll get on the correct path to accomplishing your goals with the guidance of a degreed and EXOS-certified fitness specialist.

What does it include?

The Pathway consists of four parts:

1. “Define Your Now”personal passion & goal-setting session. Work with your fitness specialist to determine your current fitness level and lifestyle, and set realistic goals.

2. Individual Wellness Pathway strategy session. Develop a plan for achieving your goals. You’ll discuss how to bring together all 4 pillars of the EXOS methodology: mindset, movement, nutrition and recovery.

3. New Member Connection. A Mercy Fitness Center trainer will introduce you to our state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Join other members for an informative session that will help you learn about our amenities and services.

4. Individual Coaching/Planning Session. Choose a 30-minute personal training appointment, or attend a small group training session to learn more about personal training options at Mercy Fitness Center.
