What is Assessment Protocol and Purpose?
The Mercy Fitness Center Assessment Protocol provides members with an individualized fitness plan based on the member’s current fitness level and health goals.
What can I expect?
A certified Fitness Specialist will facilitate a series of movement screens to evaluate your current physical fitness level and identify any muscle imbalances. The information gathered will serve as a baseline to your personal training program and a reference point for progress checks along the way.
Who needs it?
An Assessment is recommended for all new members and personal training clients no matter your fitness level and goals.
