Mercy Fitness Center has exclusive partnerships to offer you assistance with membership dues. If you think you might be eligible for benefits, please take the following steps!
- Call your insurance company and ask if they partner with one of the following…
→ Renew Active
→ Active Fit & Direct/Enterprise - Complete the necessary steps with your insurance provider and make sure you receive a code!
*Make sure you enroll as a premium member, as core members are not eligible at Mercy Fitness Center. - Bring the code to Mercy Fitness Center, and we will take care of the rest!
