Steady Steps

Fitness for MS & Parkinsons, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 PM. Free and open to the community. Exercise can have significant benefits for both conditions, often improving:

  • Cognitive function
  • Gait
  • Overall quality of life

Thrive

Join our 12-week program designed to support cancer survivors in their journey toward total wellness—mental, social, and physical health. Program is led by expert coaches and offers a supportive environment for those currently in or up to 10 years post-cancer treatment. Thrive is open to the community.

Beyond the Pause

Beyond the Pause is a small group training program focused towards women who are in Perimenopause and beyond. Your coach will provide you with the education you need to make change happen in the body during and after this time as well as help you find your strength and endurance again. The coach will also be teaching ways to properly strengthen and keep your pelvic core in healthy condition.
Cost $95 / month (meeting 2x a week)

Bridge

Bridge is your way to fill the gap after completing Physical Therapy. What is the next step to continue building strength and regaining your abilities? Bridge! This small group training class works to help you continue strengthening and building endurance after physical therapy.
Cost $95 / month (meeting twice a week)
Cost $175/month (meeting four times per week)

Community CPR & First Aid

How to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants. Basic first aid for injuries, burns, and other common emergencies and how to handle choking, cardiac arrests, and more. $50, card included. This class is offered quarterly.

MamaStrong: Core, Pelvic Floor & Flexibility

Hosted at the Love Family Women’s Center, this gentle yet powerful class is designed specifically for expecting and new moms. Whether you’re preparing for birth or recovering postpartum, MamaStrong helps you reconnect with your body through intentional movement that supports pelvic floor health, builds core strength, and increases total-body flexibility. Our focus is on safe, effective exercises to improve posture, reduce discomfort, and enhance functional strength for the demands of motherhood. Expect breathwork, guided core activation, mobility work, and restorative stretches—all in a supportive, mom-centered environment.
Cost $95 / month (meeting 2x a week)

FitRx – Strength training designed for your GLP-1 journey

This program is perfect for those wanting to lose weight, building strength and stamina, while working with a nutrition coach to make and accomplish goals. This program includes 8 small group training sessions per month with 4, 30-minute individual nutrition coaching sessions. Ideal for weight loss at any stage with or with out the use of medication.
Cost $ 175 / month (meet twice a week, plus once a week nutrition coaching)

Fall Prevention Series

Held every September and focuses on exercises to prevent falls, how to fall, tips and the strength to get up when a fall occurs. We work closely with Mercy Physical Therapy, community agencies and construct clever and insightful topics each year to help keep our community safe.*

* A daily guest fee applies for non-members participating in our Medically Integrated Fitness programs. This fee is waived for participants in our Steady Steps and THRIVE programs.

Future Offerings

Glucose Groove

This class focuses on low-impact, fun, and effective exercises tailored to improve blood sugar control, increase energy levels, and boost cardiovascular health. Perfect for all fitness levels, Glucose Groove combines movement, education, and community to help you stay active, motivated, and in control of your journey to better health. Join us for two 90-minute sessions per week for just $175 per month.
