Sandy Sienkiewicz

Sandy began her fitness journey as a softball player back at Texas A&M – Corpus Christi, receiving a Bachelors in Kinesiology. She also has experience as a bikini competitor, performing in the National Physique Committee. She has a deep passion within the fitness industry for helping clients, members, and friends improve their overall fitness level and reaching their goals.

Erin attended the University of Central Oklahoma where she discovered her passion for fitness, exercise, and overall health. She enjoys challenging clients to reach their goals and to continue the growth of her knowledge. She loves bringing the joys of fitness to new members and clients, setting the example for each of them to follow.

Garrett Woods

Garrett Woods

Garrett is a former collegiate cross country and track athlete. During this time, he developed an interest in Exercise Physiology. Working formerly in Rehabilitation and Wellness, he believes in building a strong foundation of fitness balanced between aerobic, strength, and flexibility. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science at Oklahoma State University with a focus on pulmonary function.  

Shanon Sweeney

Shanon Sweeney

Shanon graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Exercise Science. She has a background working in a clinical setting helping patients recover and improve their quality of life. Her passion lies in the recuperative and regenerative techniques of fitness to help increase members energy and well-being. She focuses on a well rounded approach to fitness, making it fun and enjoyable while still effective.

Rachel Conyac

Rachel Conyac

Rachel graduated with her B.S. from the University of Central Oklahoma and is currently in the pursuit of her M.S. in Athletic Training at UCO. She has a strong background in group fitness teaching boot camps, cycle, and running circuits. She has experience working with a variety of populations and also enjoys working with runners and cyclists.

Matt Blair

Matt Blair

Matt graduated from UCO with a B.S. in Kinesiology – Exercise Science and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Wellness Management – Exercise Science at UCO. He has a background in working with rehab patients and individuals with chronic musculoskeletal dysfunctions. He is well versed in strength training and improvement of functional movements through myofascial release techniques.
